Novation ( ノベーション )が鬼才Aphex Twinが監修したアナログモノシンセ「AFX STATION」を発売します。昨今謎のティーザーが公開され話題となっていましたが、その正体は「BassStationII」をAphex Twinが監修した完全数量限定デザインのシンセサイザーでした！

画面の点滅にご注意ください

AFX STATIONは、ブラックとパープルを基調としたカラーと特徴的なロゴマークがファンの心をくすぐるデザイン。本機限定のプリセットとして Aphex Twin が作成、監修を行ったサウンドがプリインストール。BassStationII 最新ファームウェアバージョンの AFX モードと合わせ Aphex Twin のサウンドメイクを体感することができます。基本機能は BassStationII最新ファームウェアと同様。

AFXモード:鍵盤ごとにパラメーターの変化をつけることができプリセットとしても保存可能。
Fixed duration envelopes:エンベロープのサステインを固定長に設定できるようになり、ノートのトリガータイミングに関係なくリリースに移動します。
Extended sub-oscillator contro:サブオシレーターがデチューン可能になり3つ目のオシレーターとして使用可能。
Oscillator glide diverge:これまでは共通だった Gride time をOsc1と2でずらすことが可能。
Envelope retrigger count:エンベロープトリガーのカウント数を調整できる回数が増加。

Aphex Twin

イギリスの DJ、テクノ、アンビエント、エレクトロニカアーティスト。1990年代に世界中のテクノファンから多大な人気を集める。2000年代のクールダウン期間を経て 2014年に新アルバムをリリースし再燃、2015年にはグラミー賞ダンス / エレクトロニック部門を受賞した鬼才。
